Run several chatters on one creator
A busy creator often needs more than one chatter. This guide shows how to give several people the same creator, split her conversations between them, and see who closed each sale.
1. Give each chatter the right role #
Every member gets one role in Team Management (under Users in the sidebar). The built-in Chatter role is made for people who reply to fans and send media. Need something narrower, such as a night shift that cannot send paid media? Create a role of your own: see Custom roles.
Rights on conversations, creator profiles and the Vault only ever apply to the creators assigned to each member. A chatter never sees the fans of a creator they are not on.
2. Put them on the creator #
- On the Team tab, press a member's name to open their profile.
- Under Creators, turn the creator on.
- Under Telegram accounts, keep All accounts · including future accounts, or pick only some of her accounts. A chatter only sees and replies on the accounts selected.
- Repeat for each chatter who works on her.
3. Share the traffic #
When several chatters work on the same creator, each one's Traffic share decides how many of her conversations go to them. It sits under the creator, in the member's profile.
- Set the share with the slider or type it, from 0 to 100% in steps of 5.
- Read the line under it: about how many conversations that gives, how much is still available, and who already took the rest ("already taken: Ana 40%").
- Do the same for the other chatters until everything is allocated.
Each conversation is routed to one chatter, so your chatters do not step on each other's fans.
Warning On one Telegram account, the shares of all chatters cannot add up to more than 100%. If you ask for more, the line turns red ("60% requested, 40% available") and names who holds the rest. Lower someone else's share first.
4. Group them in branches #
On the Agency structure tab, branches group your team: a city, a shift, a site. Press Add branch, then drag a member onto a card or use Move to. Each card shows its manager, members, creators and 30-day earnings. Under the cards, each creator's revenue is split by chatter, and the part of her conversations nobody holds shows as Not covered.
5. See who closed the sale #
LanaChat counts a sale for whoever sent the paid offer (the locked media, the price or the payment link):
- An offer Lana sent herself is an AI sale.
- An offer a chatter sent from Live Convs, or a script step sent, is a manual sale, at the lower rate.
- If Lana sent the offer and a chatter took over later, the sale is still Lana's.
Under every paid offer in Live Convs, a line says who sent it, for example "Sent by you · 4% tier". In Billing, Activity, filter sales by Sent by AI or Sent by human. The full rules: AI sale or manual sale?.
Compare your chatters #
The Team table sorts by Revenue, 30 days and Last active, so you can see at a glance who sells and who is online. Turn off Active on a member to cut their access at once while keeping their role and creators.
