1. What this policy covers
This policy lists the cookies and the browser storage (localStorage and sessionStorage) used by the website lanachat.ai and by the console at app.lanachat.ai, what each one does, how long it lasts and how to control it. It completes the Privacy Policy.
2. What we use, and what we do not
- Strictly necessary only. Everything listed below is needed to sign in, keep a conversation with support, remember a language, or make the page work. None of it needs consent under the ePrivacy rules, which is why the website shows no cookie banner.
- No advertising cookies. We do not place advertising, retargeting or social media tracking cookies, and we do not load third-party trackers.
- No analytics cookies. The website loads no analytics script (no Google Analytics, no Plausible, no tag manager). Traffic is measured only from our own server logs, as described in the Privacy Policy.
- One third-party request. The landing loads the Onest font from Google Fonts. That request sends the browser's IP address to Google but sets no cookie. The console does not load Google Fonts.

None of these items identifies a visitor across other websites, and none is read by a third party.
4. How to control them
- Browser settings. Every browser lets you delete cookies and site data for lanachat.ai and app.lanachat.ai, or block them. Blocking the console session cookie makes signing in impossible; clearing localStorage resets the language, the support thread and the bookings shown on this browser.
- Language. Change it with the language switcher in the footer; the new value replaces the old one.
- Support thread. Closing the conversation in the widget removes the thread token from the browser.
- Google Fonts. A content blocker or a browser set to block third-party requests prevents the font request; the page then shows a system font.
5. Changes
If we add a cookie or storage key, or start using an analytics tool, we update this list and the date at the top before the change goes live, and we add a consent step where the law requires one.
