For agencies
Every creator, every chatter, one console.
Lana answers the fans of all your creators on Telegram, in each creator's voice and in each fan's language, and sells their media at your prices. Your team reads everything and takes over the conversations that need a human.

Why agencies switch
What gets easier when Lana joins the roster.
Signing a creator means hiring
Grow the roster without growing every shift.
Fans write at any hour, and every new creator usually means more chatters on more shifts. Lana replies within seconds, day and night, through the bot linked to each creator's account. You decide, account by account, whether she handles every fan alone or works next to your chatters and sells to the fans they are not on.
- One reply per message, never a wall of text
- A sales tone per creator, from gentle to proactive
- Follow-ups after a silence or an unopened media

Phones, logins and 2FA codes
Connect accounts without sharing a single password.
Each Telegram account connects with its @username and the token of the bot linked to it. We never ask for a phone number, a password or a login code. A creator's accounts form a pool, so a tracking link can spread new conversations across them, and any account pauses in one click.
LanaChat caps every account at about 2,000 messages an hour and slows it down as it gets close, well below the pace that draws attention.

Who sees what, who sold what
Roles, branches and brands, in one workspace.
Owners, managers, chatters or roles of your own: each role decides which creators, conversations and screens a person sees. Group your team in branches by city, shift or brand, and run several agencies from one owner workspace with one balance. Each teammate signs in with a personal access key you can revoke at once.

Ad spend with no answer
Know which link brings the revenue.
Every ad, story and bio gets its own tracking link, on your own domain if you want, with your pixels. Lana follows each new conversation from the first click to the last sale, so revenue reads per source and per creator. Statistics compares any period with the one before, scripts included.
How it works
From signed creator to live in three steps.
Add the creator
Create her page, fill in her persona, upload her media to the Vault with a price in Stars on each item, and connect her Telegram accounts.
Link an AI Brain
Pick a tone, the questions she asks, the scripts and the follow-ups. Lana never invents a discount. She only uses the reduced prices you wrote in your scripts, and you can cap them with a discount ceiling in AI Brain (0 to 60%).
Bring the team in
Give each chatter a role, their creators and an access key, set traffic shares, then switch the creator on and watch the first conversations in Live Convs.
Pricing for agencies
You pay per account and per sale, never per seat.
$19 per account
One licence runs one Telegram account for 30 days. Packs bring it down: 10 for $170, 25 for $375, 50 for $650. Unused licences never expire.
A share that drops as you grow
12%, 10%, then 8% on what Lana sells; 4%, 3%, then 2% on manual sales, sent from Live Convs or by a script step. The ladder counts your agency's total monthly net sales, all creators together.
No seats, no contract
Add every chatter and manager you need: teammates are not billed. You prepay a balance in USDT or USDC, from $25. No setup fee, no minimum term.
Example from the pricing section: $50,000 sold in a month, all by Lana, comes to $5,600 for Lana (11.2% all-in). Estimate your own bill
FAQ
What agency owners ask first.
Can I run several brands or agencies from one workspace?
Yes. An owner workspace can manage several agencies. Group your team in branches by city, brand or shift, give each member access only to the creators and screens their role allows, and pay everything from one balance.
Do I pay for each chatter or manager?
No. You pay a licence per Telegram account and a commission on net sales. Teammates are never billed, however many you add.
Can some creators stay fully manual?
Yes. Each creator has a response mode, and Lana can be switched off for any single conversation from Live Convs. Sales your team sends by hand are billed at the manual rate: 4%, 3%, then 2%.
Who receives the fans' money?
Your agency does. Fans pay in Telegram Stars on the creator's bot or through your own payment links, such as FanGate or Dropp Fans. LanaChat never receives or holds fan money: our share is taken from your prepaid balance.
