For chatting teams

More conversations per chatter, not longer shifts.

Lana answers every fan your chatters are not on, in the creator's voice. Your team picks the conversations worth a human, takes over in one click and sells with the same scripts, while managers see who sold what.

On shift

Where a chat team loses sales, and how Lana closes the gap.

Fans waiting in the queue

Your chatters pick theirs, Lana sells to the rest.

A person can hold only so many chats at once, and the fans nobody opens go cold. With Lana on the account, no fan waits: she replies to everyone, and your chatters choose the conversations that deserve a human. In Live Convs, Take over pauses Lana for that fan; switch her back on when you are done.

Your best closer is off today

The lines that sell, written once for the whole team.

A script is a sequence of messages and media, step by step, with a price in Stars on each paid step. Your best lines stop depending on who is on shift: a chatter runs a script on a fan straight from the conversation, and Lana uses the same scripts when the AI Brain allows them to start. Every paid step sent by a script counts as a manual sale, whoever started it.

A fan writes in Spanish at 4am

Every language, on every shift.

Lana replies in the language each fan writes in. When a chatter takes over, auto-translate shows each message in their language and sends their reply in the fan's. Next to the chat: the fan profile, lists, notes and spend, so the reply fits the fan. Schedule a message, record a voice note or attach media from the Vault without leaving the conversation.

KYC and objections

"Who closed that sale?"

Fair traffic, clear credit.

When several chatters work on the same creator, the manager sets each one's traffic share. Branches group the team by shift, city or brand. Who sent the paid offer decides how a sale counts: by a teammate from Live Convs or by any script step, it is a manual sale; by Lana in her own words, an AI sale. Statistics shows the period against the one before.

How it works

Set up the shift in three steps.

1

Write the scripts

Put your team's best sequences in Scripts, with media and prices, so every chatter and Lana sell the same way.

2

Set roles and shares

Add chatters with a role and their creators, send each one a personal access key, and set traffic shares per creator.

3

Split the work

Lana answers every fan; chatters take over the conversations worth a human and hand them back when done.

Pricing for teams

Your chatters' sales cost the least.

4%, 3%, 2%

The share on manual sales: sent by hand from Live Convs or by any script step, falling as the agency's total monthly net sales pass $30,000, then $100,000.

12%, 10%, 8%

The share on what Lana sells in her own words, on the same monthly counter, reset on the 1st.

No per-seat fee

Add every chatter and manager: you pay $19 per Telegram account a month, less in packs, and teammates are never billed.

With the estimator's defaults, $40,000 of monthly net sales with 70% closed by Lana: $3,220 for Lana, $450 for your chatters' sales. Try your own numbers

FAQ

What chat managers ask.

Does a sale count as the chatter's or Lana's?

Who sent the paid offer decides. Sent by a teammate from Live Convs, or by a script step (whoever started the script, Lana included), it is a manual sale at 4%, 3%, then 2%. Sent by Lana in her own words, an AI sale at 12%, 10%, then 8%, on the same monthly counter.

What does the fan see when a chatter takes over?

The same conversation. While the chatter types, the fan sees typing on Telegram, as with any reply, and Lana stays paused for that fan until she is switched back on.

Can several chatters work on the same creator?

Yes. Set each one's traffic share per creator. Each chatter sees only the creators and conversations their role allows.

Can Lana give discounts the team did not approve?

No. Lana never invents a discount. She only uses the reduced prices you wrote in your scripts, and you can cap them with a discount ceiling in AI Brain (0 to 60%).

Give every chatter a second pair of hands.

Lana takes the volume, your team takes the conversations that need them. Same console, account by account.
