Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: 21 October 2026
Effective: 21 October 2026

This policy is issued by LanaChat legal entity name, address, registration number, a Wyoming (USA) limited liability company ("LanaChat", "we", "us") and forms part of the Terms of Service. Report abuse: [email protected].

1. Why this policy exists

LanaChat runs conversations with adults about adult content. That only works if every person involved is a consenting adult and every sale is honest. This policy says what no agency, team member, creator, persona, bot, API key or MCP client may do with the Service. It applies to messages written by people and to messages Lana generates from the agency's configuration alike.

2. Minors: zero tolerance

  • No person under 18 may appear in any media, be referenced in any message, or be the subject of any script, note or persona.
  • No persona may be presented as, hinted to be, or role-play as a minor: no stated or implied age under 18, no school, "barely legal", "teen" or similar framing, no childlike settings, clothing or language designed to suggest a minor.
  • No conversation with a Fan who is, or appears to be, under 18. The agency must end the conversation, refuse any sale and block the Fan. Lana's own safety rules do the same and flag the Fan to the team.
  • Any breach ends the agency's access immediately, without notice or refund. We preserve the evidence and report child sexual abuse material and attempts to the competent authorities.

3. Consent and content

  • Only content the creator made herself, or holds the rights to, showing adults who gave written consent and whose age and identity the agency has verified and keeps on file.
  • No stolen, leaked, scraped or purchased content of other creators; no deepfakes, face swaps or AI-generated imagery presenting a real person without her written consent.
  • No non-consensual scenarios presented as real, no content involving animals, bodily waste, incest themes, torture, slavery, trafficking or anything illegal where the creator, the agency or the Fan is located.
  • No real-world meetings, escort or companionship offers, or arrangements for physical contact. Conversations stay online.

4. Honesty towards Fans

  • Deliver what is sold: a Fan who pays receives the exact media or access that was offered, at the price shown.
  • No fake urgency built on lies (invented emergencies, illness, debts), no fake giveaways, no "verification fees", no promises of relationships, gifts or meetings that will not happen.
  • No pressure on a Fan who says he cannot afford to spend, no exploitation of a Fan who appears vulnerable, intoxicated or in distress; Lana's rules stop such conversations and the team must not restart them.
  • No blackmail, sextortion, threats to publish a Fan's messages or identity, or collection of a Fan's personal data beyond what the conversation needs.
  • Where a law, a regulator or Telegram requires that Fans be told that an AI takes part in the conversation, the agency makes that disclosure.

5. Platforms and technical limits

  • Comply with Telegram's Terms of Service, Bot Platform terms and Telegram Stars rules, and with the terms of every payment provider used.
  • Connect only accounts and bots the agency owns or is authorised to operate. No stolen, rented or purchased accounts, no accounts belonging to someone who has not consented.
  • No spam, no bulk unsolicited messages, no contact lists imported without consent, no evasion of Telegram's rate limits, bans, verification or anti-abuse systems.
  • No scraping of Telegram, of other creators' accounts or of the Service; no reselling, sublicensing, white-labelling or bureau use of the Service outside the agency's own creators.
  • No probing, overloading, reverse engineering, prompt extraction, credential sharing or use of the API and MCP server beyond the permissions of the key.
  • No activity that breaks sanctions, anti-money-laundering rules or tax law, and no use of the balance to move funds unrelated to the Service.

6. Reporting abuse

Anyone, including a Fan or a creator, can report a breach of this policy at [email protected] or through the support chat on lanachat.ai. Please include the Telegram handle of the account, the date, and screenshots if available. Reports about a possible minor are handled first, within 24 hours. We keep the identity of the reporter confidential where the law allows.

7. Enforcement

  • We may review conversations, media and configurations when a report, an automated flag or a legal demand gives us reason to, and we log such access.
  • Depending on the severity, we warn the agency, remove the content, block a Fan, disconnect an account, suspend a team member, suspend the workspace, or end the contract. Breaches involving minors, non-consensual content, fraud against Fans or sanctions end the contract at once, without refund.
  • We may preserve and hand over evidence to authorities where the law requires or allows it, and we may inform Telegram or a payment provider of an account's conduct.
  • An agency may contest a measure at [email protected]; we answer within 10 working days.

8. Changes

We update this policy when the law, Telegram's rules or our safety rules change. The date at the top shows the current version; material changes are announced in the console or by email to workspace owners.
