Team Management: employees and roles
Team Management (under Users in the sidebar) is where you add your team and decide what each member can see and do. It has three tabs: Team, Roles and Agency structure.
Add a member #
- On the Team tab, press Add member. A window opens in the middle of the screen.
- Under Identity, fill in First name and Email (both required), then Last name and Branch if you want.
- Under Role, pick a card: Manager, Chatter or one of your custom roles. Each card lists what the role can do.
- Under Creators assigned, tick the creators they work on. Telegram accounts and traffic share can be set later in their profile.
- Leave Active on so they can sign in, then press Add member. Nothing is created before that: Cancel leaves the team as it was.
- In the next step, press Create access key, then Copy, and share the key privately: see Personal access keys.
Tip The table opens on Active members. Switch to All or Disabled at any time, search by name, and sort by any column, such as Revenue, 30 days or Last active. Use the arrows under the table to change page, and Rows to show 10, 25 or 50 members.
Press a member's name to open their profile on the right: identity, access, role, creators and traffic share.
Roles and overrides #
A member's permissions come from their role. Press Edit roles to change what a role allows: see Custom roles.
For a one-off exception, press Override for this member and flip the switches you need. The role then no longer applies to that person. Use role permissions puts them back on their role.
Share traffic #
When several chatters work on the same creator, set each one's Traffic share under Creators.
Agency structure #
Branches group your team (a city, a shift). Each card shows its manager, members, creators and 30-day earnings. Press Add branch, then drag a member onto a card, or use Move to.
Disable or delete #
Turn off Active to cut access at once: the role and creators are kept. Delete in the row menu removes the member and unassigns their creators.
Note Only the agency owner can change access and permissions.
