Billing: licences, commission and balance
Everything about paying for LanaChat is on the Billing page, in Users at the bottom of the sidebar. You pay in two ways, both from one prepaid balance in crypto:
- Licences: $19 per Telegram account for 30 days, cheaper by pack.
- A share of your sales: 12% of what Lana sells, 4% of what your team sells by hand, lower as your month grows.
There is no plan to choose, no seat fee, no message quota and no card.
The price in one minute #
- Licences. One licence gives one Telegram account 30 days: $19 one by one, or packs of 10 for $170, 25 for $375, 50 for $650. They wait in your stock and never expire. See Buy licences.
- Share of sales. One counter adds up the net sales of the whole workspace in the calendar month and resets on the 1st. Up to $30k: 12% on AI sales, 4% on manual sales. From $30k to $100k: 10% and 3%. Above $100k: 8% and 2%. See LanaChat's share of your sales.
- AI or manual. It depends on who sent the paid offer: Lana, an AI sale; your team or a script step, a manual sale. See AI sale or manual sale?.
- Refunds. A refund confirmed within 7 days of the sale gives the share back. See Refunds and chargebacks.
Note Example: $87,000 net in a month, all sent by Lana. 30,000 × 12% + 57,000 × 10% = $9,300 of commission (10.7%).

- Top up: send crypto to your deposit address, minimum $25. See Top up your balance.

- Invoices: one statement per month.
- Billing details: what is printed on your statements.

Tip Keep at least a week of commission on your balance. When it runs out, Lana stops replying until you top up. See When your balance runs low or hits $0.
