Buy licences
A licence lets one Telegram account run on LanaChat for 30 days. Every account Lana chats from needs one. You buy licences from your balance, they wait in your stock, and you give them to accounts whenever you want.
Prices #
| What you buy | Price | Per licence |
|---|---|---|
| Single licence (1 to 9) | $19 each | $19 |
| Pack of 10 | $170 | $17 |
| Pack of 25 | $375 | $15 |
| Pack of 50 | $650 | $13 |
- Licences in stock never expire. The 30 days only start when you assign one to an account.
- There is no seat fee: your team members, creators and fans cost nothing extra.
- A new workspace gets one free licence at sign-up (it shows as "Welcome gift" in the stock history).
Note Example: 12 Telegram accounts. One pack of 10 ($170) plus 2 single licences ($38) = $208 a month, or $17.33 per account.
Buy, step by step #
- Make sure your balance covers the price. If not, top up first.
- Open Billing, then the Licences tab. Buy licences is at the top.
- Pick Single licence and set the number with − and + (1 to 9), or pick a pack of 10, 25 or 50. The pack of 10 is selected when you arrive.
- Press Buy · $170.00 (the button shows the total of your choice).
- Confirm: "Buy 10 licences for $170.00 from your balance?" Press Confirm.

The licences go to your stock at once. The In stock counter goes up, a line appears in Stock history, and the purchase is a Licences line in Activity.

Tip Going over 9 singles? The Console stops you at 9 and suggests a pack of 10, which is cheaper ($170 instead of $190).
What the Console tells you #
- Not enough balance: $X missing. Top up: the purchase would take more than your balance. The link opens Top up.
- A pack of 10 is cheaper: you picked 9 singles, which cost more than a pack of 10.
- Under the purchase block: Active (accounts running on a licence), In stock (licences waiting) and Expiring within 7 days.
