# Billing: licences, commission and balance

Everything about paying for LanaChat is on the **Billing** page, in Users at the bottom of the sidebar. You pay in two ways, both from one prepaid **balance** in crypto:

- **Licences**: $19 per Telegram account for 30 days, cheaper by pack.
- **A share of your sales**: 12% of what Lana sells, 4% of what your team sells by hand, lower as your month grows.

There is no plan to choose, no seat fee, no message quota and no card.

## The price in one minute

- **Licences.** One licence gives one Telegram account 30 days: $19 one by one, or packs of 10 for $170, 25 for $375, 50 for $650. They wait in your stock and never expire. See [Buy licences](https://lanachat.ai/guides/buy-licences/).
- **Share of sales.** One counter adds up the net sales of the whole workspace in the calendar month and resets on the 1st. Up to $30k: 12% on AI sales, 4% on manual sales. From $30k to $100k: 10% and 3%. Above $100k: 8% and 2%. See [LanaChat's share of your sales](https://lanachat.ai/guides/commission-on-sales/).
- **AI or manual.** It depends on who sent the paid offer: Lana, an AI sale; your team or a script step, a manual sale. See [AI sale or manual sale?](https://lanachat.ai/guides/ai-sale-or-manual-sale/).
- **Refunds.** A refund confirmed within 7 days of the sale gives the share back. See [Refunds and chargebacks](https://lanachat.ai/guides/refunds-and-chargebacks/).

> Note: Example: $87,000 net in a month, all sent by Lana. 30,000 × 12% + 57,000 × 10% = $9,300 of commission (10.7%).

## The six tabs

1. **Overview**: your balance with **Top up** and **View activity**, the **Month to date** (net sales, commission so far, effective rate, your tier) and your licences with **Manage licences**. 2. **Top up**: send crypto to your deposit address, minimum $25. See [Top up your balance](https://lanachat.ai/guides/top-up-your-balance/).

4. **Activity**: every movement of your balance, with **Export CSV**.
5. **Invoices**: one statement per month.
