Statistics: your agency's numbers

3 min readUpdated Markdown

Statistics (Tools, in the sidebar) is the analysis of your agency over time. The Dashboard shows the live picture of the day; Statistics shows how a period went (the last 30 days by default, any range of up to 93 days), compares it with the period before, follows a fan from the click to the repeat purchase, splits the revenue by creator, source and fan, reads the rhythm of your conversations, measures your scripts and AI Brains, and exports the figures.

Analytics: revenue, buyers and the scripts and Brains that sell

The controls #

  • Tabs (top left, they stay in view while you scroll): Overview, Creators, Funnel, Revenue, Conversations and Scripts. The period, the comparison, the creator and the export apply to every tab.
  • Date range (top right): the same date button as the Dashboard. Open it and pick Last 30 days (the default), Last 7 days, Last 90 days, Today, Yesterday, This month or All time (the last 93 days), or click a start day and an end day on the calendar for a custom range (up to 93 days, in your local time). The line under the tabs shows the exact dates.
  • Compare with previous period (the switch at the bottom of the date button): on, each tile shows how the figure moved against the period of the same length just before (green arrow up, red arrow down) and the tables get a *vs previous* column; off, the comparison disappears.
  • Creator: the page follows the creator picked at the top of the sidebar. All creators means the whole agency.
  • Export CSV: downloads the tab you are on, for the date range and creator shown (the dates are in the file name). Amounts are written in Stars and in dollars.
  • Dollars or Stars: the display currency of the sidebar applies here too (1 Star counts for $0.013, like in Billing).

Creators #

One row per creator of your agency, for the period: creator (with her photo), revenue, sales, average sale, new conversations, buyers (paying fans), conversion (paying fans among the active fans), AI replies and, when *Compare* is on, the change in revenue against the previous period. With *All creators* selected, the revenues add up to the Revenue tile of the Overview.

  • Click a column title to sort; click it again to reverse. Creators with no activity stay in the table (at zero).
  • Click a row (or the creator's name) to switch the whole page to that creator: the sidebar picker follows, and every tab now shows only her. Pick *All creators* in the sidebar to come back.
  • Past 10 creators the table gets a footer to change page and show 10, 25 or 50 rows.
  • The table always lists every creator, even when one is selected; her row is highlighted.
  • On a phone, each creator is a card and the columns are listed inside it.

Overview #

Six tiles, each with its change against the previous period:

  1. New conversations: fans who wrote for the first time in the period.
  2. Active fans: fans who exchanged at least one message in the period.
  3. Messages sent: every message sent to the fans, with the share written by the AI Brain and the share written by your team.
  4. Revenue: what the selected creators received in the period.
  5. Paying fans: the share of active fans who paid at least once in the period.
  6. Median first reply: how fast a new conversation got its first answer. Here, a drop is good news and is shown in green.

Below, New conversations per day (bars), Revenue per day (line) and Messages by hour (24 columns, in your local time). Hover a bar or a point to read the date and the value. The days add up to the tiles above.

Funnel #

The five steps a fan goes through, with the share of the previous step and the share of the total:

  1. Clicks on your tracking links.
  2. New conversations: the fans who wrote.
  3. Engaged: fans who sent 3 messages or more.
  4. Paying: fans who paid at least once.
  5. Repeat buyers: fans who paid a second time.

Under the steps, By traffic source gives the same five figures for each source (Meta Ads, TikTok, Instagram...), with the conversion (paying fans among the new conversations) and the revenue; By tracking link does the same for each of your tracking links. Click a column title to sort. The funnel follows the fans who started a conversation in the period, so its sources add up to the New conversations tile.

Revenue #

Five tiles: Revenue, Paying fans, ARPPU (revenue per paying fan), Average sale and Refunds (shown apart: the revenue is already net of them). Each tile carries its change against the previous period.

  • Revenue per day: stacked columns, the part closed by the AI Brain on its own and the part closed by your team (manual).
  • By creator and By traffic source: revenue, sales, paying fans, ARPPU and, with the comparison on, the change against the previous period. Click a column title to sort.
  • Top 10 fans: the fans who paid the most in the period, with a shortened name, their purchases and their last purchase. A name you can click opens the conversation in Live Convs.
  • Lifetime value by week of arrival: for the fans who arrived in each of the last 4 weeks, the Stars received per fan day after day since their first message. A younger cohort has a shorter line; a line that climbs faster than the older ones means the newcomers pay sooner.

Conversations #

Six tiles: Conversations (fans who exchanged at least one message), Messages sent, AI share, Handovers to a human, Median first reply and the slowest 10 % of first replies.

  • Messages by weekday and hour: a heatmap of 7 rows (Monday to Sunday) and 24 columns, in your local time; the darker the cell, the more messages. The switch at the top shows New conversations instead. Under the map, the busiest and the quietest hour of the week.
  • AI and human messages per day, Handovers to a human per day: how much of the chatting the team takes over.
  • Messages per conversation: how many fans got 1, 2 to 3, 4 to 10 or more than 10 messages.
  • Fan languages: from the market of the Telegram account the fan arrived on.

Scripts #

  • Scripts vs AI Brain: the share of the period's revenue closed by a script and the share the AI Brain closed on its own.
  • Scripts: for each script, how many times it was sent, the replies and the reply rate, the sales, the revenue, the revenue per send and the last 7 days of sends. Click the name to open the script in Scripts; a script that no longer exists is listed without a link.
  • AI Brain: for each brain, the new conversations it handled, its conversion, its revenue and the messages exchanged before the first sale, on average.

How the figures are counted #

  • Paying fans is the number of fans who paid at least once in the period, divided by the active fans of the period.
  • Conversion, in the Funnel tables, is the number of paying fans divided by the number of new conversations of that source or link.
  • Traffic sources come from the Telegram account the fan arrived on; tracking links from the link the fan clicked. Fans who came without a link count in their source, not in any link.
  • ARPPU is the revenue divided by the paying fans of the period; Average sale is the revenue divided by the number of sales.
  • Handovers count the conversations where the team took over from the AI Brain, in the period.
  • Reply rate is the number of fans who answered a script divided by the number of times it was sent.
  • A period without any activity shows No activity in this period, with a button to open the last 90 days.

Tip To compare your traffic sources fairly, open the Funnel, sort By traffic source on Conversion and keep the period at 30 days or more: a few days of data is too short to judge a source.
