Follow-ups: bring back fans who went quiet
Follow-ups are the messages Lana sends when a fan goes quiet, and the rules that decide when she sends them. You set both on the Follow-ups tab of the AI Brain: rules on one side, a library of messages on the other.
Open the tab #
- Open AI Brain in the Studio group of the sidebar and pick the brain.
- Click the Follow-ups tab. It has two parts: Rules and Messages.
Changes save on their own. Every creator linked to this brain uses the same follow-ups.
Write a rule #
A rule reads like a sentence: *if* these conditions are true, *then* follow up after a delay, using messages from the library or a script.
- Press Add rule. Rename it with a name that says what it is for, for example *Media left unopened*.
- Press Add condition and pick from the list:
- The sent media is unopened
- No reply for a number of hours or days
- He has purchased before or He has never purchased
- He has spent at least a number of Stars
- Discovery is complete
- Current phase is GFE, Erotic or Sales
- He declined an offer
- Under Then, set follow up after (hours or days) and choose using: a moment of the library (for example Library · Short silence), or one of your scripts, which is sent as written.
- Set Maximum attempts (1 to 6) and Time between attempts.
- Choose what happens After the last attempt: Stop and move on, Pause sales for 48 hours, Mark as lost or Wait for him to return.
- Keep the rule's switch on. You can have up to 100 rules.
Note A rule with no condition says "No conditions yet: this rule won't send." Add at least one.
The link under a rule shows how many active messages it can draw from. Click View to open those messages in the library.
Fill the library #
The library sorts messages by moment: After sending, Unopened media, Short silence, Long silence and Last attempt. A rule draws from one moment.
- Press Add message, pick its moment and write it the way she would text (4,000 characters at most).
- Each message has its own switch: turn one off to keep it without sending it.
- Messages that use the fan's first name carry a First name tag.
- Search the library or filter it by moment. It holds up to 5,000 messages.
Tip Write several messages per moment. Lana then has different lines to pick from instead of repeating one.
Import your own follow-ups #
- Press Import follow-ups.
- Prepare the file: Download sample CSV, or Copy AI formatting prompt to let your own AI tool format your messages.
- Choose file: a CSV or a TXT, up to 1,000 messages and 2 MB per import.
- A CSV needs a
messagecolumn. An optionalmomentcolumn (after_sending,unopened_media,short_silence,long_silence,last_attempt) and anenabledcolumn (true or false) can sit next to it. Put messages containing commas in double quotes. - A TXT holds one message per line, all added to the moment you choose.
- A CSV needs a
- Review each message and its moment, then press Import. Your existing messages are kept.
Export CSV downloads the whole library in the same format, to edit it elsewhere or copy it to another brain.
Follow up by hand #
Rules work in the background. In Live Convs, Follow up now at the top of the list shows who to write to yourself: fans ready to buy, buyers who went quiet after your message, top fans gone silent. See Live Convs.
