What LanaChat is

  • As of October 2026, LanaChat is a console for agencies that manage creators on Telegram.
  • Lana is LanaChat's AI. She chats with fans on Telegram in each creator's voice and language, sells locked media paid in Telegram Stars at the price the agency sets, and follows up with fans who go quiet.
  • LanaChat works on Telegram only. It does not connect to OnlyFans or other platforms.
  • A Telegram account connects with its @username and the token of a bot linked through Telegram's business connection. LanaChat never asks for a phone number, a password or a login code.
  • The agency's team reads every conversation and can take over any conversation at any moment, then hand it back to Lana.

Who it is for

  • LanaChat is made for agencies that manage creators on Telegram. Solution pages explain it for agencies, creators and chatting teams.
  • The console is available in 10 languages: English, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, German, Polish, Romanian, Russian and Ukrainian. The home page, the API page, the feature pages and the guides are in the same 10 languages.
  • Lana replies in the language each fan writes in, and Live Convs can show any conversation translated for the team.

Prices and commission

As of October 23, 2026:

  • A licence costs $19 per Telegram account per month. One licence runs one account for 30 days.
  • Packs: 10 licences for $170 ($17 each), 25 for $375 ($15 each), 50 for $650 ($13 each). Licences in stock never expire.
  • On the sales Lana closes, LanaChat takes 12% of net sales up to $30,000 of monthly agency net sales, 10% from $30,000 to $100,000, and 8% above $100,000.
  • On the sales sent by a teammate from Live Convs or by a script step, the rate is 4%, 3% or 2%, on the same monthly tiers.
  • The tiers count the agency's total monthly net sales, all creators and accounts together, and reset on the 1st of each month.
  • A net sale is what the fan paid, minus Telegram's share of Stars, processor fees and refunds. A refund confirmed within 7 days of the sale gives the share back.
  • Example published on the pricing section: $50,000 sold in a month, all by Lana, costs $5,600 in commission, 11.2% all-in.
  • Agencies pay from a prepaid balance in USDT or USDC, with a minimum top-up of $25.
  • There is no seat price, no setup fee, no contract and no minimum term. Fans' messages cost nothing.

Discounts

  • Lana never invents a discount. She only uses the reduced prices written in the agency's scripts.
  • A discount ceiling in the AI Brain, from 0 to 60%, can cap those reduced prices.

Payments

  • Fans pay in Telegram Stars, in the chat, or through the agency's own payment links such as FanGate and Dropp Fans.
  • The money goes to the creator or the agency. LanaChat never receives or holds fan money: its share is taken from the agency's prepaid balance.

Limits

As of October 2026, from the public guides:

  • LanaChat caps every Telegram account at a ceiling of 2,000 messages an hour, and slows an account from 80% of that ceiling.
  • A Message+ sequence holds up to 16 messages, with a wait of 0 to 60 minutes between them. One send reaches at most 800 fans.
  • Follow-ups: up to 100 rules, and a follow-up library of up to 5,000 messages.
  • Live Convs shows up to 9 conversations side by side, and one message carries up to 10 photos and videos from the Vault.

For developers

  • LanaChat publishes the docs of a REST API (JSON over HTTPS, base URL https://api.lanachat.ai/v1) and of an MCP server for AI assistants (https://app.lanachat.ai/mcp). Neither is live yet: every endpoint is marked Planned.
  • Signed webhooks are documented for new conversations, sales, refunds, media, account health, pools, brains and balance (Planned).

Access and contact

  • Sign-up is open. Every agency is reviewed by the LanaChat team before activation.
  • There is no free trial.
  • The LanaChat team answers in the chat on this site and in the console. News and releases are posted on the Telegram channel t.me/lanachatai.

What LanaChat does not do

  • No free trial.
  • No support by e-mail: the chat and the Telegram channel are the only contact points.
  • No OnlyFans or other platforms: Telegram only.
  • No invented discounts.
  • No seat price, and no fee on fans' messages.
  • No access to fan money: payments go to the agency.
  • Minors are banned outright: no one under 18 in any content, conversation or persona.
