- New pages for agencies comparing tools: Alternatives to OnlyChat, Supercreator, Infloww and Telestars, a facts and figures page you can quote, and this changelog.
- The help center grows to 80 guides, with 20 new ones: your first week, follow-ups, sales tone, when Lana should not answer, the go-live checklist and what to do when Lana does not reply. Guides now show real screenshots of the console, and you can tell us whether a guide helped.
- Contact goes through one place: the chat on this site, in the console and in the guides. News stays on the Telegram channel.
- Pricing now lives in one section of the home page, with the monthly estimator next to the table.
- Sign-up is open to every agency. Each new agency is reviewed by the LanaChat team before activation, and there is no free trial.
- Simpler pricing: $19 per Telegram account per month, 12%, 10% or 8% on Lana's sales and 4%, 3% or 2% on your team's, on one monthly counter for the whole agency.
