Personal access keys
Team members don't use a password. Each one signs in with a personal access key that you, the agency owner, create and can revoke at any time. The key opens your workspace with the role and creators set on their card.
Give someone a key #
Open the member in Team Management and find the Personal access key card in the Access section. Active must be on.
- Send invitation emails a key to the address on their card. Save an email address first.
- Generate key shows a key you share yourself:
- Press Generate key, then Create key to confirm.
- The window shows the Sign-in page address and the Access key.
- Press Copy key and send both to the person through a channel you trust.
- Press Done.
Warning A key is shown only once. If it is lost, generate a new one. Any previous key for this member stops working.
Tip From the Team table, the row menu also offers Reset access key for an active member.
How the member signs in #
- They open the sign-in page and press Use an access key (or go straight to the Join your workspace page).
- They paste the key in Access key.
- They land in the console and see only what their role allows.
If the key is wrong or revoked, the page says so. They need a new key from you.
Take access away #
Press Revoke on the card and confirm. Their key and open sessions stop working immediately. To pause someone while keeping everything set up, turn off Active instead.
Note Disabling a member or revoking their key both cut access at once.
