Lead agents: Timewaster and Qualifier

Lead agents watch every conversation of an AI Brain and put fans into a fan list for you. The Timewaster spots fans who negotiate without paying, the Qualifier spots fans who can clearly afford to buy.

Where to find them #

Open AI Brain in the sidebar, pick the brain, then the General tab. Lead agents is the first block. Both agents are off until you switch them on, and each brain has its own settings: a creator's fans are sorted by the brain linked to her.

Set up the Timewaster #

The Timewaster flags a fan when the first paid offer stays unpaid after negotiation.

1. Switch on Timewaster.
2. Set Negotiation attempts with − and + (1 to 10, 3 by default). The fan is flagged after this many unsuccessful replies. Silence alone does not count.
3. In Add fan to, choose a fan list. No list yet? Type a name under Or create a list and press Create.

Set up the Qualifier #

The Qualifier works after KYC: it spots a fan with clear buying potential. It qualifies him as soon as any enabled signal matches:

• Declared budget: he gives a budget at or above the amount you set, in EUR, USD or Stars (100 by default).
• Explicit means statement: he clearly says he has the money to spend.
• Verified purchases: what he has already paid, confirmed by the payment system, reaches the number of Stars you set (1,000 by default).

Keep at least one signal on, then pick the list in Add fan to, as for the Timewaster.

A job title alone does not establish spending power: "I'm a surgeon" does not qualify a fan, "I can spend $300 tonight" does.

Save #

Press Save agents. Discard changes goes back to what was saved. Fans flagged while you test in the Playground stay in the Playground: they never land in your real lists.

Use the list they fill #

The agents add fans to an ordinary fan list, so you use it like any other:

1. Fans List: open the list. Each fan added by an agent shows the source Automatic · Timewaster or Automatic · Qualifier. See Fans.
2. Live Convs: the list has its own chip above the conversations, with the number of its fans waiting for a reply. Click it to keep only those fans. See Live Convs.
3. Message+: in Mass DM, pick the creator, then choose the list as the audience instead of All fans. Send your best offer to qualified fans only, or a cheaper one to timewasters. See Message+.

Good to know #

• Fans added by a lead agent are never removed by the automatic rules of a list.
• A list still used by an AI Brain cannot be deleted.
• An agent can be wrong: open the fan in Live Convs, then the Insights tab of his details, and remove him from the list by hand.
