Message+: mass DMs and scheduling
Message+ sends a message, or a short sequence of messages, to many fans of one creator at once. Open it from the Chatting group of the sidebar. It has three tabs: Mass DM, Nudge (coming soon) and Weekly plan.
Write the sequence #
- Pick the creator.
- Write the first message. Use Insert to add the fan's First name, the Creator name, the Username or a Variation such as
{Hi|Hey|Hello}, so every fan gets a slightly different text. - Add more messages if you want (up to 16), each with a Wait of 0 to 60 minutes after the previous one.
- Add media or pack opens the Vault: up to 10 photos or videos, a whole folder as a pack, or one free voice message on its own. Set it Free or Paid (1 to 25,000 Stars).
Save what you wrote as a Preset to reuse it later.
Choose the audience #
Pick All fans or one of your fan lists. The count tells you how many fans can be messaged now, how many are outside the 24-hour window and how many are excluded.
Warning One send is limited to 800 fans. Above that, choose a fan list to narrow the audience.
Choose when #
- Send now
- Schedule once: a date and a time.
- Every day or Weekly on the days you pick.
Times use your computer's time zone. Stop when the fan replies is on by default, so a fan who answers is not interrupted by the next message.
Press Launch sequence (or Schedule sequence) and confirm. Sends run on the server and keep going when the Console is closed.
Follow and stop #
Scheduled & recent shows each send with its counts: sent, pending, paused after reply, failed. Use View recipients, or Stop sequence to cancel what hasn't gone yet.
Weekly plan shows your repeating sends on a Monday to Sunday grid. Press + on a day to plan a new one.
Note Delivery depends on each fan's 24-hour reply window. Fans who haven't written in the last 24 hours are skipped.
