Take the Console tour again
The Console tour is a short guided walk through the main pages, in 7 steps. It starts by itself on your first visit, and you can replay it at any time from the account menu.
Start the tour again #
- Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar to open the account menu.
- Press Tour guide. The menu closes and the tour begins.
- If you have unsaved changes on the page, the Console first says Please save your changes first. Press Save or Discard, and the tour starts right after.
What it shows #
The page dims and a bright frame points at one part of the Console at a time. Each step opens its page for you.

| Live Convs | Follow conversations live and take over from the AI. |
| Billing and balance | Your balance next to your name (click it to top up), and the help bubble at the bottom right. |
Move through the steps #
- The card next to the frame says where you are ("Step 3 of 7") and has Back, Next and Skip. On the last step, Next becomes Finish.
- On a keyboard: the left and right arrows go back and forward, Escape skips.
- While the tour runs, clicks outside the card are blocked, so you cannot change anything by mistake.
- When it ends, you are back on the page where you started it.
Tip The tour never changes a setting. Skip it whenever you like, and come back to it from Tour guide when a new teammate joins and you want to show them around.
On a phone, or with a team role #
- On a phone the sidebar is a drawer that stays closed during the tour. The steps frame the menu button at the top and tell you where the entry sits, for example "Find Live Convs under Chatting in the sidebar."
- A team member only sees the steps for pages their role can open, so their tour can be shorter than the owner's.
When it starts by itself #
The tour starts on its own once, the first time each person opens a workspace. After Skip or Finish it never starts again by itself. The choice is remembered in your browser, so on a new browser or device it may show once more.
