Test the connection
Two questions tell you the connection works and the token has the right boxes. It takes one minute and changes nothing in your workspace.
Ask these, in order #
Start your assistant and type:
- "Call get_capabilities on lanachat and tell me, in plain words, what this token can and cannot do." The answer lists what is allowed: creators and media, AI configuration, publishing, Playground, fans, sales.
- "List my creators." The assistant calls
list_workspace_modelsand shows your creators. A new workspace has none: an empty list is a good answer too.
What a good result looks like #
- The assistant names the tools it called (
get_capabilities,list_workspace_models). - No error. The creator names match what you see in Studio › Creators.
- "Generate Playground replies" is in the list of allowed things. If not, tick it on the token with Edit, then restart the assistant.
What a problem looks like #
