Telegram Accounts: accounts, pool load and stories

Studio › Telegram Accounts has three tabs: Accounts, Pool load and Stories.

Telegram accounts: connect an account, spread new fans over a pool, post stories

Accounts #

One row per Telegram account, grouped by creator. Each row shows the AI switch, the account name and the bot that runs it (via @bot), the @username, the market and traffic source, the language, the status, whether stories are allowed, the AI Brain and the activity of the last 24 hours.

Statuses you may see:

  • Connected: Telegram confirmed the connection, LanaChat answers on this account.
  • Waiting for Telegram: the account was created in LanaChat but Telegram has not confirmed it yet. Open Finish connecting in the row's ⋮ menu to see what is left to do.
  • Connection issue: the short reason sits under the chip (for example *Reply permission is off in Telegram*). Fix it in Telegram, then Reconnect from the ⋮ menu.
  • Paused: you switched the AI off on this account. Switch it back on, or use Resume AI replies.

Click Add account: a 4-step assistant opens. See Connect Telegram accounts for the steps. The new row appears at once as Waiting for Telegram, before Telegram confirms.

To change an account, click its name (or open Edit in the row's ⋮ menu): the name, creator, market, traffic source and AI switch in Details; the Telegram permissions in the same sections as Telegram's Chat Automation screen (Manage Messages required and shown in red when a right is missing, the other sections optional, recommended); and the Bot section (webhook state, Reconnect, Change bot). Save stays disabled until something changed. The same menu has Pause / Resume AI replies and Remove. Removed accounts stay listed under the creator card with Restore. We never ask for the phone number, password or 2FA code of the account.

Persona per account #

Each account can speak with a slightly different persona than its creator, to fit its market: Hobbies, Punctuation, Reply language and City. Click the account name (or ⋮ → Edit pool details) and open the Edit pool details tab: one card per block, the creator value shown as Default (creator). Switch Customize for this account on to set a value for this account only; the creator value stays visible, struck through, as Creator default. Switch it off to go back to the creator value. The tab counts what is customized (2 of 4 customized) and the list shows Custom · 2 under the account name, with the blocks in its tooltip.

  • City cannot be customized while Location mirroring is on for the creator (her Identity page): the city follows each fan. Turn mirroring off to set a city per account.
  • Reply language: off means the account answers in the language of its market (shown as *French (from market FR)*), or in the creator language when it has no market. Switch it on only to answer in another language.
  • One Save covers both tabs.

Pool load #

Read-only. A pool forms on its own from the market and traffic source of the active accounts, and a tracking link serves the pool of the account it points at.

  • Load this hour: one bar per account, messages this hour against the ceiling of 2,000. Amber from 80 % (the account is slowed), red from 95 % (paused until the next hour).
  • Load history: one line per account over 24h or 7 days, with the ceiling as a dashed red line. Filter by traffic or market and hover a point to read each account's load.
  • One card per creator: each pool with the traffic share of every account. Pages serving a single account lists the tracking pages that point at an account in no pool.

In Tracking, the link form tells you whether the chosen account is in a pool and how visitors are split.

Stories #

Pick a creator, tick up to the allowed number of accounts, choose a photo or video (upload or Pick from Vault), add text and an optional link sticker, then post now or Schedule. Scheduled stories can be edited or canceled until they go out. An account without the Stories permission is greyed out: allow Manage Stories in Telegram's Chat Automation settings for that account.

From a creator's page, Manage in Telegram opens this page on her accounts.
