What a "pool" is and why your links need one

When an agency starts sending traffic to Telegram, the first setup is usually simple: one creator, one account, one link. It works until the day that account gets too many new conversations at once, or gets limited, and every fan clicking the link lands nowhere.
A pool solves that.
The idea in one sentence
A pool is the group of Telegram accounts of one creator, behind one public link. When a fan clicks, LanaChat sends them to one of the accounts in the pool, spreading new conversations across them automatically.
Why spread fans across accounts
Telegram watches how many new people an account talks to. An account that suddenly receives a wave of new conversations can be slowed down or restricted. Spreading new conversations across several accounts keeps each one in a normal range.
It also protects your traffic. With several accounts behind the link, one account with a problem does not stop the flow, and your ads and posts do not need to change.
Tag accounts by market and traffic
Pools get more useful when every account carries tags for the market it serves and the kind of traffic it receives. A common setup looks like this:
- accounts tagged per market, so each fan lands on an account that speaks their language
- accounts tagged per traffic type, such as paid campaigns, influencers or organic posts
- one tracking link per source, so every click is identified from the start
Because every conversation is tied to the link it came from, you can see which source brings fans who actually buy, not only fans who click.
What a good pool looks like
A few habits make pools work well:
- keep several accounts in each pool, so one problem never stops the flow
- add new accounts progressively instead of all at once
- watch how many new conversations each account receives and add accounts before it is needed
- tag every account clearly, so anyone on the team understands the setup at a glance
How LanaChat handles it
In LanaChat, each account you add joins its creator's pool, and a tracking link can point either at one precise account or at the whole pool. The pool spreads new conversations across the accounts, and the link follows each one from the first click to the last sale. The AI then takes care of every conversation, whatever account it lands on.
The result is a link you can put anywhere without worrying about what happens behind it.
