LanaChat

What LanaChat does (and doesn't)

2 min readUpdated Markdown

LanaChat is the console your agency uses to run creators on Telegram. An AI replies to fans in each creator's voice, follows your scripts and sells media from her Vault. You set it up, watch it and step in when you want to.

What it does #

  • Replies to fans on Telegram from the creator's real accounts, through one central bot per creator.
  • Talks like her. The persona you write in Creators (voice, life, boundaries, example replies) shapes every message.
  • Sells content. Paid media go out blurred and unlock with Telegram Stars. Prices come from the Vault or from a script step.
  • Follows your rules. An AI Brain decides the sales tone, the questions to ask, the scripts to start and how to answer objections.
  • Shows you the results. The Dashboard counts conversations, sales and revenue per creator and per period.
  • Lets your team work. Employees get their own access key and only the sections you allow.

What it doesn't do #

  • It doesn't create content. It only sends what is in the creator's Vault.
  • It doesn't work outside Telegram. Fans must write to a connected Telegram account.
  • It doesn't message fans outside the 24-hour window. Telegram only allows replies within 24 hours of the fan's latest message, and LanaChat respects that everywhere.
  • It doesn't move your Stars. Stars are credited to the bot's balance. Automatic transfers are not set up in LanaChat yet.

Note Content from fans and creators is never translated. Changing the Console language only changes the interface.

Where to start #

Read Sign in and your first day. It walks you through the five steps that take a creator from empty to online.
