Tool reference: every REST and MCP tool

An agency token sees 148 tools on the LanaChat MCP server. This page lists each one, grouped by Console screen, with one line on what it does. Without Configure agency AI, the token gets only the 125 setup, fans and sales tools. The other boxes are checked at each call: a tool outside them stays listed and answers with a clear refusal. The server sends the exact arguments of each tool: you never type them.

Reads only read. Changes write something, always in your workspace only.
Changes that matter (publish, replies on, imports, a new brain) work in two steps: a preview first, then apply with the fresh hash or revision the preview returned.
No tool sends a message to a fan.

Start: permissions and formats #

Main permission: any permission.

Creators #

`list_workspace_models`	Reads	List the creators of the workspace, with their revision number.
`save_workspace_model`	Changes	Create a creator or change some of her fields. Never publishes a brain.
`delete_workspace_model`	Changes	Delete a creator that nothing uses any more.
`extract_creator_profile`	Changes	Turn a description, a PDF or photos into proposed creator fields. Saves nothing.
`set_workspace_model_photo`	Changes	Use one of her Vault images as her profile photo, or clear it.
`list_models`	Reads	List creators with their linked AI Brain, AI mode and build status.

Telegram Accounts #

Main permission: Manage workspace setup.

`list_workspace_telegram`	Reads	List the bots and connected accounts. No secrets, no messages.
`register_workspace_telegram_bot`	Changes	Check and save a BotFather bot for a creator, optionally with its waiting account.
`connect_workspace_telegram_bot`	Changes	Register or repair the bot webhook. The account owner still links it in Telegram.
`resync_workspace_telegram_bot`	Changes	Unblock a bot or account stuck on "Waiting for Telegram".
`get_workspace_telegram_status`	Reads	Read the health of a bot webhook.
`update_workspace_telegram_bot`	Changes	Rename a bot or turn it on or off.
`update_workspace_telegram_account`	Changes	Change an account name, on or off, reply language, market or traffic source.
`remove_workspace_telegram_account`	Changes	Remove an account from LanaChat (it comes back with restore).

`list_workspace_stories`	Reads	List the Telegram stories, newest first.

Vault #

`complete_workspace_media_upload`	Changes	Finish an upload and prepare the file in the Vault.
`abort_workspace_media_upload`	Changes	Cancel an unfinished upload.
`list_workspace_media_metadata`	Reads	Read names, descriptions, tags, folders and prices of the media.
`update_workspace_media_metadata`	Changes	Change one media: name, description, tags, folder, free or paid, price in Stars.
`list_workspace_media_tags`	Reads	List the tags in use and how often.

`prepare_workspace_media_analysis`	Reads	Check whether a photo or video can be described automatically.

`preview_workspace_drive_import`	Changes	Look inside a public Google Drive folder before importing. Copies nothing yet.
`start_workspace_drive_import`	Changes	Import the previewed Drive folder into the creator's Vault.
`cancel_workspace_drive_import`	Changes	Stop a Drive import; files already imported stay.
`list_workspace_drive_imports`	Reads	List the last 20 Drive imports of a creator.

AI Brain and scripts #

Main permission: Configure agency AI; publishing needs Publish agency AI.

`list_ai_profiles`	Reads	List the saved drafts of a brain and their latest version.
`get_ai_profile`	Reads	Read one draft version: persona, scripts, history.
`create_ai_profile`	Changes	Create a new draft from the live brain or from a saved version.
`edit_ai_profile`	Changes	Check or save a new draft version: persona, scripts, agents. Live replies do not change.
`compare_ai_profile_versions`	Reads	Show what changed between two draft versions.
`restore_ai_profile_version`	Changes	Bring back an earlier draft as a new version.
`archive_ai_profile`	Changes	Hide an unused draft, or show it again.
`publish_ai_profile`	Changes	Check, then publish an exact draft version to the live brain.

Playground #

Main permission: Generate Playground replies; diagnostics need Read reply diagnostics.

Conversation styles and advanced replies #

Main permission: Configure agency AI; the advanced replies journal needs Read sales and Read reply diagnostics.

`import_workspace_fan_history`	Changes	Preview, then add past fans and messages. Sends nothing.
`get_workspace_fan_timeline_memory`	Reads	Read what the AI remembers about a fan, day by day.
`get_workspace_fan_spending`	Reads	Read what a fan really spent, and a 90-day estimate.
`set_workspace_fan_spend_consent`	Changes	Record or withdraw a fan consent you already have.
`export_workspace_fan`	Reads	Export everything the agency holds about one fan.
`delete_workspace_fan`	Changes	Erase one fan data on request.
`list_workspace_safety_alerts`	Reads	Read the safety alerts: a possible minor, a fan in distress.
`ack_workspace_safety_alert`	Changes	Close a safety alert with a note of what your team did.

Fan lists #

Main permission: Manage workspace setup; reading members needs Read fans and conversations, changing them needs Import fan history.

`set_workspace_fan_list_members`	Changes	Add fans to a list by hand, or undo a manual add (50 per call).

Sales, tracking and events #

Main permission: Read sales.

Agency settings #

`set_workspace_leaderboard_settings`	Changes	Join or leave the leaderboard. Token created by the workspace owner only.

`disable_workspace_employee`	Changes	Turn an employee off, keeping the history.
`send_workspace_employee_invitation`	Changes	Send the invitation e-mail to a saved employee.

Balance and licences #

Main permission: Read sales for the reads; changes need the Spend the balance on licences right on the token (it needs Read sales too, only the workspace owner can give it, never on by default), within the Daily limit for licences of the token.
