So, what's Lana's salary?

A commission on every sale

Lana works on commission. On every Lana sale, we take 12%, 10% or 8%. On every sale by your chatters, 4%, 3% or 2%. The rate depends on your agency's total monthly net sales, all accounts together.

Licences and packs

One licence runs one Telegram account for 30 days: $19 one by one, or less by pack. Unused licences never expire, and moving a licence to another account keeps the days left on it.

What counts as a net sale

What the fan actually paid, minus Telegram's share of Stars, processor fees and refunds. A refund confirmed within 7 days of the sale gives you the share back and lowers the monthly counter; after 7 days the share stays.

Lana's share vs your team's

Who sent the paid offer decides. Sent by Lana: 12%, 10%, then 8%. Sent by a teammate from Live Convs or by a script step: 4%, 3%, then 2%. Both run on the same monthly counter, all accounts together, reset on the 1st.

Prepaid balance

You top up in USDT or USDC, minimum $25. Licences and the share are taken from it; we never charge a card or wallet without a top-up you start. Unused balance is refunded through support, on request within 30 days of the top-up, less any network or processor fee.

Never billed

No seats, no setup, no contract, no minimum term. No fee on subscriptions sold outside the chat, on tips with no earlier message in the conversation, or on sales made on tools not connected to LanaChat. Fans' messages cost nothing.
