OnlyChat alternative for Telegram agencies: LanaChat

Updated

Short answer: LanaChat is an OnlyChat alternative built for Telegram only. Its AI, Lana, replies from the creator's own Telegram account and sells locked media paid in Telegram Stars, for $19 per account per month plus 12%, 10% or 8% of her net sales. OnlyChat charges $20 per creator per month and 15% of AI net revenue on Telegram (prices checked on October 22, 2026).

Why agencies look for an OnlyChat alternative

OnlyChat went live on OnlyFans in May 2025 and added Telegram in March 2026, through a BotFather bot linked with Telegram Business. It runs one AI and one set of scripts across both platforms, which suits agencies that sell on OnlyFans and Telegram at once. Agencies whose fans pay on Telegram first compare it on three points.

  • The rate on AI sales. OnlyChat publishes 15% of AI net revenue on Telegram, whatever your volume. On LanaChat the rate follows your agency's total monthly net sales: 12% up to $30,000, 10% up to $100,000, 8% above.
  • Sales sent by hand. OnlyChat charges 4% on a manual sale only once the AI has been off for that fan for more than 30 minutes, and 15% otherwise. LanaChat charges 4%, 3% or 2% on every sale your team sends from Live Convs or a script step, whatever Lana was doing a minute earlier.
  • How you pay. OnlyChat is topped up by card, bank transfer or cryptocurrency. LanaChat runs on a prepaid balance in USDT or USDC, with no per-seat fee.

What LanaChat does differently

  • Telegram only, no login. An account connects with its @username and the token of a bot linked through Telegram's business connection: no phone number, password or login code. See Telegram accounts.
  • Discounts are never invented. Lana only uses the reduced prices written in your scripts, and a discount ceiling in the AI Brain (0 to 60%) can cap them. See AI Brain.
  • A CRM built for takeover. Your team reads every conversation in Live Convs, follows up to 9 chats side by side and takes over one fan in one click. See CRM.
  • Scripts with one price per step. Write the sequences that sell, with media and a Stars price on each step, then see which scripts sell. See Scripts.
  • A documented REST API and MCP server. The contract to drive creators, accounts, Vault, scripts, conversations, tracking and billing is published; the API is not live yet. See API.
