# Your first 7 days

Not sure where to start? This plan takes one creator from an empty workspace to her first sales in a week, and points to the guide for each step.

## Day 1: connect

Today you build the creator and plug her into Telegram. Plan about an hour.

1. **Sign in.** As the agency owner with your email and password, or as a team member with your access key: [Sign in and your first day](https://lanachat.ai/guides/sign-in-first-day/).
2. **Add your creator.** Her name, photo and birth date, in Creators: [Add a creator](https://lanachat.ai/guides/add-a-creator/).
3. **Connect her Telegram accounts.** LanaChat answers fans through a bot linked to each account with Telegram Business: [Connect Telegram accounts](https://lanachat.ai/guides/connect-telegram/).

## Day 2: Lana speaks

Today you teach Lana how your creator talks and sells, then test everything before a fan sees it.

1. **Finish her settings and persona.** Prices, reply language, and the persona pages (the bar shows "Persona N% complete"): [Creator settings](https://lanachat.ai/guides/creator-settings/).
2. **Write her first-purchase script.** A warm opener, a free taste, then a first paid media at an entry price, in about fifteen minutes: [Build a first-purchase script](https://lanachat.ai/guides/first-purchase-script/).
3. **Chat with her in the Playground.** The AI answers for real, but nothing goes to Telegram: [Playground](https://lanachat.ai/guides/playground/).
4. **Get your licences.** Every Telegram account Lana chats from needs a licence for 30 days: [Buy licences](https://lanachat.ai/guides/buy-licences/).
5. **Top up your balance.** Licences and LanaChat's share of your sales are paid from a prepaid balance in crypto, $25 minimum per top-up: [Top up your balance](https://lanachat.ai/guides/top-up-your-balance/).

## Days 3 to 7: sell

Lana is live. Now you watch, step in when it matters, and bring in more fans.

1. **Follow the conversations.** Read every chat as it happens and take over manually when you want to write yourself: [Live Convs](https://lanachat.ai/guides/live-convs/).
2. **Reach many fans at once.** Send a message or a short sequence to many fans of one creator, now or on a schedule: [Message+](https://lanachat.ai/guides/message-plus/).
3. **Track where fans come from.** One link per source, from the click to the sale: [Tracking links](https://lanachat.ai/guides/tracking-links/).
4. **Read your numbers.** Revenue, conversations and sales for the period and creators you pick: [Reading your numbers](https://lanachat.ai/guides/reading-your-numbers/).

## At the end of the week

- Open the Dashboard and compare the days. A creator with nothing new to sell sells less, so add fresh media to her Vault.
- Look at which tracking links bring buyers, not only clicks, and put your traffic there.
- Ready for a second creator? Repeat Day 1 and Day 2 for her. You can link a brain you already set up instead of starting from scratch.
