# Weekly plan: never miss an evening

The **Weekly plan** shows every Mass DM that repeats each week for a creator, on a Monday to Sunday grid, so you see at once which evenings have nothing planned. Press **+** on an empty day to fill it in a few clicks.

## Read the grid

Open **Message+** in the Chatting group of the sidebar, then the **Weekly plan** tab, and pick the creator.

- Each day says how many sends are planned, or **Nothing planned**.
- The counter at the top reads, for example, **5 / 7 days covered**.
- Each send shows its time, its name, the creator, the number of messages, **Every day** or **Weekly**, and its time zone.
- **Refresh** reloads the plan.

Only repeating sends appear here. A one-time send is listed under **Mass DM**, in **Scheduled & recent**.

## Plan a send on an empty day

1. Press **+** on the day (for example Sunday). You can also press **Add Mass DM** at the top.
2. The Mass DM editor opens with **Weekly** and that day already selected. Write your messages: up to 16, with a **Wait** of 0 to 60 minutes between them, and media from the Vault if you want.
3. Choose the audience: **All fans** or one of your fan lists. One send reaches at most 800 fans.
4. In **Schedule**, check the time and tick other days if the same send should repeat on them. **Every day** repeats it all week.
5. Leave **Stop when the fan replies** on (see below).
6. Press **Schedule sequence** and confirm. **← Back to the weekly plan** takes you back to the grid, where the day now shows the send.

Times use your computer's time zone, and daylight saving adjusts automatically. Sends run on the server and keep going when the Console is closed.

> Tip: Start with the evenings your fans spend the most, then fill the empty days one by one until the counter reads 7 / 7.

## Stop when the fan replies

This switch is on by default. When a fan answers, his remaining messages and the future repeats are cancelled for him until you reactivate him. So a fan who answers is never interrupted by the next scheduled message.

To bring a fan back into a weekly send, open the send under **Scheduled & recent**, press **View recipients**, and press **Resume next scheduled run** next to his name (he shows **Paused after reply**).

## Change or remove a send

Click a send on the grid to see its messages, days, time and status.

1. Press **Remove from schedule**.
2. Read the warning: it stops all remaining messages and every future repeat, on every selected day of this send. Messages already sent stay in the conversations.
3. Press **Confirm cancellation**, or **Keep schedule** to leave it as it is.

To change the text or the days, remove the send and plan it again.

Delivery depends on each fan's 24-hour reply window. Fans who haven't written in the last 24 hours are skipped on that run.
