# Vault: upload media, previews and folders

The Vault holds everything a creator can send: photos, videos and voice messages. She can only sell what is in her Vault. Open **Vault** under Tools, in the Chatting group of the sidebar.

## One Vault per creator

Pick the creator in the menu at the top left of the page. Each creator has her own Vault, with folders you can nest (for example "Selfies/Beach"). Use **New folder**, **Rename folder** and **Delete folder** from the folder path at the top. Deleting a folder keeps its media: they move up one level.

## Upload

1. Open the folder you want.
2. Press **Add media** at the top right, or drop files on the page.
3. Watch the progress at the bottom: "Uploading · N%", then "Saved to Vault".

- Images, videos and audio files only, up to **2 GB per file**.
- Big files go up in parts. If your connection drops, upload the same file again within 47 hours: it picks up where it stopped.
- Keep the page open until uploads finish. The browser warns you if you try to leave.

## Previews

The grid shows small previews so it stays fast. Hover a video to play a silent preview. The full file only loads when you open an item. Switch between **Cards** and **List**, filter by Photos, Videos or Voice messages, and **Sort** by Recent, Name, Type or Pricing.

## Telegram preparation and Fangate

The two buttons next to **Cards** and **List** open a panel on the right: the paper plane opens **Telegram preparation** (settings and upload status), **Fangate** opens media checkouts and payments. Press Escape or click outside the panel to close it. Only the workspace owner can use them.

## Price and describe each item

Open an item to set:

- **Pricing**: **Free**, **Teaser** or **Paid**. Paid items are sent blurred and unlock with Stars (1 to 25,000).
- **What the AI knows**: **Description**, **When to send**, **Mood** and **Time of day**. The AI uses these to pick the right media.

Items without a description show a **Describe** badge. **Describe with AI** fills empty fields for photos and videos (a video is described from a few frames, without sound). It never overwrites what you wrote, and marks its text "AI draft, review it".

> Tip: When a folder has 24 loose items or more, **Sort by set** suggests one folder per photo set. Nothing moves until you confirm.

## Edit a video

On a video, **Edit video** lets you split, trim, mute, reorder and export clips in the browser (source up to 256 MB). Results are saved next to the original, which never changes. **Capture frame** saves a still as a Teaser.

> Note: Deleting an item makes it unavailable in every script that used it.
