# Sign in and your first day

This guide gets your first creator online. Plan about an hour, most of it spent writing her persona and filling her Vault.

## Sign in

- **Agency owner:** open the sign-in page, enter your **Username or email** and **Password**, then press **Continue**.
- **Team member:** press **Use an access key** under the form and paste the key your agency owner gave you. Keys start with `emp_`.

## Your first day, step by step

Every creator has a **Setup** card at the top of her page. It lists five steps and ticks them off as you go.

1. **Identity.** In [Creators](https://lanachat.ai/guides/add-a-creator/), create the creator and add her name, photo and birth date.
2. **Telegram.** Create a central bot with @BotFather and connect it. See [Connect Telegram accounts](https://lanachat.ai/guides/connect-telegram/).
3. **Assign an AI Brain.** In AI Brain, create a brain for her or link an existing one. See [Create and link a brain](https://lanachat.ai/guides/create-and-link-a-brain/).
4. **Add media to sell.** Upload photos, videos and voice messages to her [Vault](https://lanachat.ai/guides/vault/). She can only sell what is in her Vault.
5. **Persona.** Fill in the persona pages until the card shows at least 60%.

When all five steps are done, the card reads "… is ready to go live". Press **Start** at the top right of her page to let the AI reply.

> Tip: Before pressing Start, chat with her in the [Playground](https://lanachat.ai/guides/playground/). Nothing you type there reaches Telegram.

## Then, every day

- Open the **Dashboard** to see conversations and sales.
- Open **Live Convs** to read conversations and reply yourself when needed.
- Add new media to the Vault regularly: a creator with nothing new to sell sells less.
