# Your profile, 2FA and notifications

Click your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then **Profile**. The tabs **Profile**, **Security** and **Notifications** sit at the top left of the page and stay there while you scroll.

## Profile

- **Photo**: **Upload photo** (JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 5 MB), then drag it in the round frame and zoom with the slider, the mouse wheel or two fingers. **Save photo** applies it right away, in the page and in the sidebar. **Remove** asks first, then shows your initials again.
- **Name and display name**, **Timezone** and **Date format**: press **Save changes** when you are done, or **Reset** to go back to what is saved. Both buttons stay grey while nothing has changed.
- **Timezone** is a GMT offset, for example **GMT+1:00 (Paris, Berlin, Lagos)**. Type `+2`, `GMT-5` or a city to find yours. The line under it shows the time the Console uses.
- **Email**: press **Change**, type the new address and your current password. We send a link to the new address; your email changes once you click it. Until then you can **Resend** it or **Cancel change**.
- **Display** (language, theme, display currency, Safe for work) applies right away, no need to save.

> Tip: Set your timezone first. Quiet hours and dates across the Console use it.

> Note: If you try to open another tab or page with unsaved changes, the Console asks you to **Save** or **Discard** them first.

## Security (agency owner only)

- **Password**: enter your current password and the new one twice, then **Update password**. Use at least 8 characters.
- **Two-factor authentication**:
  1. Turn the switch on. A QR code and a **Secret key** appear.
  2. Scan the code with an authenticator app, or type the secret key into it.
  3. Enter the 6-digit code the app shows, then **Verify**.
  4. Save your **Recovery codes** somewhere safe. Each one works once if you lose your phone.
- **Active sessions**: the devices signed in to your account. **Sign out of all other sessions** if you see one you don't recognise.

## Notifications

- **Pause all notifications** stops everything until you turn it off. Critical alerts still show in the app.
- **Where alerts go**: the bell in the sidebar, your email, and Telegram. **Connect Telegram** opens the LanaChat Alerts bot: press Start there. **Send a test notification** shows you what an alert looks like.
- **Alerts**: one line per event, grouped by Sales, Conversations, Accounts & Telegram, Billing & balance, Team and Product updates. Tick **In-app**, **Email** or **Telegram** for each one.
- Two alerts are always on in the app, with a lock: **Telegram account disconnected** and **Balance at zero**, because the AI stops until they are fixed.
- **Quiet hours** hold Telegram and in-app alerts overnight, in your timezone. Emails are not held.
- Press **Save changes** when you are done.
