# MCP tool reference: every tool, by screen

An agency token sees **103 tools** on the LanaChat MCP server. This page lists each one, grouped by Console screen, with one line on what it does. Without **Configure agency AI**, the token gets only the setup, fans and sales tools. The other boxes are checked at each call: a tool outside them stays listed and answers with a clear refusal. The server sends the exact arguments of each tool: you never type them.

- **Reads** only read. **Changes** write something, always in your workspace only.
- Changes that matter (publish, replies on, imports, a new brain) work in two steps: a preview first, then `apply` with the fresh hash or revision the preview returned.
- No tool sends a message to a fan.

## Start: permissions and formats

Main permission: any permission.

| `get_schemas` | Reads | The exact format of agents, phases, triggers and conditions of an AI Brain. |

## Creators

Main permission: Manage workspace setup.

| `get_workspace_onboarding_status` | Reads | The Get started checklist, per creator and for the agency: what blocks replies and the next step. Call it first. |
| `list_workspace_models` | Reads | List the creators of the workspace, with their revision number. |
| `save_workspace_model` | Changes | Create a creator or change some of her fields. Never publishes a brain. |
| `delete_workspace_model` | Changes | Delete a creator that nothing uses any more. |
| `extract_creator_profile` | Changes | Turn a description, a PDF or photos into proposed creator fields. Saves nothing. |
| `set_workspace_model_photo` | Changes | Use one of her Vault images as her profile photo, or clear it. |
| `list_models` | Reads | List creators with their linked AI Brain, AI mode and build status. |

## Telegram Accounts

Main permission: Manage workspace setup.

| `register_workspace_telegram_bot` | Changes | Check and save a BotFather bot for a creator, optionally with its waiting account. |
| `connect_workspace_telegram_bot` | Changes | Register or repair the bot webhook. The account owner still links it in Telegram. |
| `resync_workspace_telegram_bot` | Changes | Unblock a bot or account stuck on "Waiting for Telegram". |
| `get_workspace_telegram_status` | Reads | Read the health of a bot webhook. |
| `get_workspace_telegram_rights` | Reads | Read the Business rights an account gave at its last connection, and the reply rights missing. |
| `update_workspace_telegram_bot` | Changes | Rename a bot or turn it on or off. |
| `update_workspace_telegram_account` | Changes | Change an account name, on or off, reply language, market or traffic source. |
| `remove_workspace_telegram_account` | Changes | Remove an account from LanaChat (it comes back with restore). |
| `restore_workspace_telegram_account` | Changes | Bring a removed account back. |
| `list_workspace_stories` | Reads | List the Telegram stories, newest first. |
| `get_workspace_pool_load` | Reads | How hard each account sends against the hourly cap (last 60 minutes). |

## Vault

Main permission: Manage workspace setup.

| `complete_workspace_media_upload` | Changes | Finish an upload and prepare the file in the Vault. |
| `abort_workspace_media_upload` | Changes | Cancel an unfinished upload. |
| `list_workspace_media_metadata` | Reads | Read names, descriptions, tags, folders and prices of the media. |
| `update_workspace_media_metadata` | Changes | Change one media: name, description, tags, folder, free or paid, price in Stars. |
| `list_workspace_media_tags` | Reads | List the tags in use and how often. |
| `update_workspace_media_tags` | Changes | Add or remove tags, set or clear the folder of one media. |
| `prepare_workspace_media_analysis` | Reads | Check whether a photo or video can be described automatically. |
| `analyze_workspace_media` | Changes | Describe a photo or video from a few samples. |
| `preview_workspace_drive_import` | Changes | Look inside a public Google Drive folder before importing. Copies nothing yet. |
| `start_workspace_drive_import` | Changes | Import the previewed Drive folder into the creator's Vault. |
| `cancel_workspace_drive_import` | Changes | Stop a Drive import; files already imported stay. |

## AI Brain and scripts

Main permission: Configure agency AI; publishing needs Publish agency AI.

Main permission: Generate Playground replies; diagnostics need Read reply diagnostics.

## Conversation styles and advanced replies

Main permission: Configure agency AI; the advanced replies journal needs Read sales and Read reply diagnostics.

| `get_workspace_fan_spending` | Reads | Read what a fan really spent, and a 90-day estimate. |
| `set_workspace_fan_spend_consent` | Changes | Record or withdraw a fan consent you already have. |

## Team

Main permission: Manage workspace setup.

| `save_workspace_employee` | Changes | Create or change an employee. Takes effect at once. |
| `disable_workspace_employee` | Changes | Turn an employee off, keeping the history. |
| `send_workspace_employee_invitation` | Changes | Send the invitation e-mail to a saved employee. |

## Billing and licences

Main permission: Read sales; changes need Spend the balance on licences.

| `get_workspace_balance` | Reads | Read whether Lana can answer fans and how many licences the balance buys. Amounts need Read sales; Manage workspace setup alone sees no amount. |
| `list_workspace_ledger` | Reads | Read Billing > Activity, newest first: top ups, fees, refunds, licence purchases. |
| `list_workspace_licences` | Reads | Read the licences: stock, price, each account, renewals. |
| `assign_workspace_licence` | Changes | Give one Telegram account a licence, paid from the balance. |
| `set_workspace_licence_auto_renew` | Changes | Turn auto-renew on or off for one account. |
