# Live Convs: read, reply and take over

_Chatting · 6 min read · Updated 2026-10-21 · https://lanachat.ai/guides/live-convs/_

Live Convs shows every conversation as it happens: the list on the left, the conversation in the middle, the fan's details on the right. Open it from the Chatting group of the sidebar. The creator you pick in the sidebar decides whose conversations you see; **All creators** mixes them, with the creator's name on each row.

## Find a conversation

- **The account picker**, at the top of the list, chooses which Telegram account of the creator you work from. **All accounts · N** shows everything; pick one account to see only its conversations (the counter follows, and the rows stop repeating the account's name). Each entry shows the account's label, its @bot, a status dot (green connected, amber waiting, red connection issue, grey paused) and how many of its fans are waiting for a reply. Under **All creators** the accounts are grouped by creator. A creator with a single account shows it locked. Your choice is kept per creator: coming back to her finds the same account.
- **Search** finds a fan. The **F / W** switch inside the field chooses where: **F** searches fan names and @usernames, **W** searches words in the messages. `Esc` clears it.
- **Sort** (next to the title): Most recent, Waiting longest or Biggest spenders.
- The quick filters say how many conversations each holds: **All**, **Awaiting reply**, **Human**, **AI**, **Script running**, **Unread**.
- Under them, the list chips: one per fan list, with the number of fans waiting in it (within the chosen account). Click a chip to keep only those fans, click it again to see everyone.
- **Follow up now**, at the top of the list, tells you who to write to first: fans ready to buy, buyers who went quiet after your message, top fans gone silent. Click a name to open him. Fold the block with its arrow.
- **Load more** at the bottom shows the next conversations.

Each row reads from left to right:

- a round pill with what he spent (green), and under it his score: 0 to 3 dots, his chances to buy;
- the coloured dots of his lists, his name, his @username;
- how long he has been waiting for a reply: grey from 10 minutes, orange from 1 hour, red from 24 hours;
- the small avatar of a colleague who is already replying to him;
- his last message ("You:", "AI:" or "Script:" when the creator side wrote last); rest the pointer on it to read it in full;
- the badges that matter: **minor · do not sell**, **opted out**, **AI stopped · reason**, **ready to close**, **ads bot** or **ig bot** (where he came from), **test**.

## Open it

- Click a row to add it to **Multi-chat**, where you can follow up to 9 conversations side by side.
- Use **Pin as a focus tab** to give one conversation its own tab. You can also drag a row onto the tab bar.
- The **Sales** bell at the top right lists the latest sales of the creators in view. Click one to open the fan.

## The conversation

The header shows his name (the pencil renames him for your team only), his @username, then **Replying as** the Telegram account this conversation belongs to (its label, its @bot and its status dot): a conversation always answers from its own account, whatever the picker shows. Then **AI working** or **AI paused**, and his score. On the right: search in the conversation (`Ctrl` + `F`, or `Cmd` + `F` on a Mac, then the arrows for previous and next), auto-translate (green when on), the media of the conversation, **SFW** to blur every media, the fan's details, pin and close.

- **Auto-translate** shows his messages in English, with his original text in italics under it and the language (for example **FR**).
- Under each bubble: who sent it (your first name, **AI** or **Script**) and the time. A scheduled message has a clock. **Not confirmed** means Telegram has not confirmed it yet; **Failed to send · Resend** lets you send it again; **Unsent** means it was pulled back.
- Rest the pointer on a bubble: **Reply** quotes it in your answer, **…** offers **Unsend** (your message disappears for him) or **Delete for the fan too**.
- A paid offer shows as a card: the price, **Paid** or **Unpaid**, and **Already bought** when he owns it.
- "typing…" appears while the AI writes its answer.

Strips above the box warn you: a colleague already replying, **AI paused, you're replying**, a minor (never sell), a fan in distress (**Alert a manager**), an opt-out, **AI has stopped** (with **Resume AI**), a reply window closing or closed, a fan who blocked the bot.

## Who replies: the AI, you or a script

When the AI holds the conversation, the box is replaced by "Léa's AI is handling this conversation". Click **Take over manually** to write yourself: the AI pauses for this fan. The **AI replies** switch and **Hand back to AI** give it back.

> Note: Typing a message is a Human takeover too. While you type, the fan sees "typing…" on Telegram.

## Reply yourself

Type in the box ("Reply as Léa…") and press `Enter` (`Shift` + `Enter` for a new line). Your message goes out from the creator's real Telegram account.

- The emojis above the box are her quick emojis: click to insert, drag one (or `Alt` + arrow) to reorder them.
- **Scripts** runs a script or inserts one of its steps. **Macros** are ready-made replies in folders (Openers, Selling, Objections, Aftercare), with their price, and some can be sent as a voice note.
- Under the box: emoji, **Insert the fan's name** (`{first_name}`), **GIF** (search, then click one), **Vault**, **Bubble** (coming soon), **Voice note** (write what she says, **Listen**, then send), **Schedule** (pick a time: the box says "Will send at …" and Send becomes Schedule), then the round Send button.
- **Vault** picks up to 10 photos and videos, or one voice note. Media he already received are marked **Sent** or **Bought**. Choose **Free**, or **Paid** with a price in Stars. The media wait above the box until you press Send.

> Note: Telegram only allows replies within 24 hours of the fan's latest message. When the window is closed, wait for him to write again.

If replying is unavailable, the box says why. When the account itself is the reason (paused, connection issue, business connection not confirmed, replies not allowed), the line under the box adds **Open in Telegram Accounts**: it takes you to that creator's accounts to fix it. See [Connect Telegram accounts](https://lanachat.ai/guides/connect-telegram/).

## Run a script on a conversation

1. Click **Scripts** above the box. The creator's scripts open, with their steps, waits and prices.
2. Click **Insert** on a step to put it in the reply box, to edit before sending.
3. Or click **Run script** to send the whole script to this fan. The bar shows "Step 2 of 4 · next in 10 min".
4. **Pause**, **Resume** or **Stop** it from the same bar. Stopping gives the conversation back to the AI.

> Note: A script runs while the Console is open in a browser. Scripts are written on the [Scripts](https://lanachat.ai/guides/scripts/) page.

## Fan details

The "i" in the header opens his details on the right (a panel on smaller screens, a full page on a phone). The name, the pencil to rename him and his language (Auto, or forced) sit on top, then three tabs:

- **Insights**: his lists (add or remove him; lists filled by a rule say "auto"), where he came from, where he is, the other creators he talks to, when he started, what he spent, his profile (age, job, income, wants, status, mood, interests, turn-ons, kinks, payday), his Telegram details, what was collected from the conversation (**Edit** to correct it), your tags and your notes. Notes start with a label, for example "Payday: the 1st". Tags and notes are saved as you type and only your team sees them.
- **Sales**: last spend, average paid offer, purchases, highest spend, highest and lowest price paid, his spending habits per week (click the arrows to open the chart larger) and the offers sent.
- **Creator**: the creator's persona and her rules, and a link to her AI Brain.

## Who can do what

Team members need "Reply manually" to write and take over, "Pause the AI on a conversation" to hand back, "Send media from the Vault" for media, GIFs and voice notes, and "Send paid media" for paid offers. A greyed control says which permission is missing. See [Team and roles](https://lanachat.ai/guides/team-and-roles/).
