# Go-live checklist _Getting started · 4 min read · Updated 2026-10-23 · https://lanachat.ai/guides/go-live-checklist/_ Before Lana answers real fans for a creator, ten things must be in place: her five basics (identity, a connected Telegram account, an AI Brain, media in her Vault, a filled persona), a licence on each Telegram account, money on your balance, one test in the Playground, an Active brain and the AI switch on for each account. Go through this list once per creator, then switch her AI on. ## 1. Check her five basics Open **Creators** and pick her in the creator menu at the top of the sidebar. The line under her name shows her **N% profile**, her Telegram accounts and her AI Brain. 1. **Identity**: on the **Identity** page of her persona, add her **Profile photo**, **First name** and **Date of birth**. Fans see her name and photo, and her age comes from the birth date. 2. **Telegram**: at least one account must read **Connected** in **Telegram Accounts**. She replies to fans from these accounts. Under her name, the line says "N Telegram accounts active", not "No active Telegram account". See [Connect Telegram accounts](https://lanachat.ai/guides/connect-telegram/). 3. **AI Brain**: under her name, the line says "AI Brain:" with the brain's name, not "No AI Brain yet". The brain decides how she sells: scripts, prices and follow-ups. See [Create and link a brain](https://lanachat.ai/guides/create-and-link-a-brain/). 4. **Media**: her **Vault** holds at least one photo, video or voice message. She can only sell what is in her Vault. See [Vault](https://lanachat.ai/guides/vault/). 5. **Persona**: the bar shows "Persona N% complete". Fill what you know: a fuller persona makes her replies sound human. ## 2. Give each account a licence Every Telegram account Lana chats from needs a licence ($19 per account per month, or less in packs of 10, 25 or 50). Open **Billing**, tab **Licences**, and use **Assign** on each account in the **Telegram accounts** table. An account without a licence, or with an **Expired** one, gets no replies from Lana. Check your balance Your balance pays for licences and for LanaChat's share of each sale as it happens. At $0, Lana pauses on every account of the workspace. Check the balance at the bottom of the sidebar and [top up](https://lanachat.ai/guides/top-up-your-balance/) if it is low. > Warning: Licences on auto-renew are paid from your balance when your stock is empty. Keep enough for the renewals coming up, not only for today. ## 4. Test her in the Playground Open **Playground** (Chatting group, under Tools) with her selected, and write as a fan would. Check that she sounds like herself, that her first offer arrives at the right price in Stars, and press **Simulate purchase** to see what she does after a payment. Make sure the brain is Active In **AI Brain**, the switch next to the brain picker says **Active** or **Paused**. A paused brain doesn't reply to fans. Turn it to **Active**. ## 6. Switch the AI on for her accounts Open **Telegram Accounts**. Each row starts with the **AI** switch: on, Lana replies from that account; off, the row reads **Paused**. Turn it on for every account she should answer from, or use **Resume AI replies** in the row's **Actions** menu. The status should read **Connected**, not **Waiting for Telegram** or **Connection issue**. > Tip: For her first days, keep **Live Convs** open. You can read every conversation and press **Take over manually** on any of them: the AI pauses for that fan until you hand it back. ## If she still does not reply Go through [Troubleshooting: Lana does not reply](https://lanachat.ai/guides/lana-does-not-reply/).
