# Fans: lists, statuses and VIPs

**Fans** lists everyone who wrote to your creators, with what they spent and where their conversation stands. Open **Fans List** under Tools, in the Chatting group of the sidebar.

## Browse and search

- Pick a creator on the left, or keep all of them.
- The tabs at the top are your fan lists: **All fans**, then each list you made.
- Use **Search fans** to find someone by name or username. Pages hold 100 fans; use **Previous** and **Next**.

Each row shows the fan, creator, Telegram account, lists, total spent and the time of his last message. Click a row to see his conversation status, AI flags, verified purchases and total spent.

## Statuses

A status tag tells you why the AI is or isn't talking to a fan:

- **OFF** (Underage, Crisis / distress, Coercion, Illegal request, Asked to stop): the AI stopped for good reason. Don't restart it.
- **Review** (Age unclear, Needs clarification): someone should look at the conversation.
- **Restricted · Safety hold**, **Paused · Staff**, **Awaiting staff**, **Paused · Human takeover**: a person is in charge.
- **OFF · Converted** or **OFF · Lost**: the conversation is over.

## Make a VIP list (or any list)

Lists are how you group fans: VIPs, timewasters, fans to win back.

1. Press **New list** and give it a name.
2. Add fans by hand: tick them, then **Add to list**.
3. Or turn on **Add fans automatically** and set conditions, for example **Total spent** above an amount for VIPs. Choose whether fans must match **All conditions** or **Any condition**.
4. Choose what happens **When a fan stops matching**: remove him or keep him.

> Tip: Fans added by hand or by an AI Brain lead agent are never removed by the rules.

> Note: A list still used by an AI Brain cannot be deleted. Deleting a list never deletes fans or conversations.
