# Billing FAQ

The short answers to the questions agencies ask most about paying for LanaChat. Each answer links to the guide with the full rules.

## What you pay

### How much does LanaChat cost?

Two things, both taken from one prepaid balance. A **licence** of $19 per Telegram account and per month (30 days), cheaper in packs: 10 for $170, 25 for $375, 50 for $650. And a **share of your net sales**. There is no plan, no seat fee and no message quota. ### What is the difference between a licence and the commission?

The licence pays for an account to run, whether it sells or not. The commission is a share of what that account sells: no sales, no commission. See [Buy licences](https://lanachat.ai/guides/buy-licences/) and [LanaChat's share of your sales](https://lanachat.ai/guides/commission-on-sales/).

### How much is the commission?

It depends on who sent the paid offer and on your month so far:

| $0 to $30,000 | 12% | 4% |
| $30,000 to $100,000 | 10% | 3% |
| Above $100,000 | 8% | 2% |

### Is there a free trial?

No. Sign-up is open, every new agency is reviewed before activation, and LanaChat is prepaid from the start.

## Your balance

### How do I pay?

Top up your balance in crypto from the **Top up** tab of Billing, $25 minimum. No card is ever charged. See [Top up your balance](https://lanachat.ai/guides/top-up-your-balance/).

### What happens when my balance reaches $0?

Lana pauses on every account and the CRM becomes read-only. Nothing is deleted. To start again:

1. Press **Top up** on the red banner.
2. Send at least $25.
3. Once the deposit is **Confirmed**, Lana turns back on by herself.

> Tip: Keep at least a week of commission plus your licence renewals on the balance. The Overview's "Covers ~N days" line tells you where you stand.

### Can I get money back?

Unused balance can be refunded through support, on request within 30 days of the top-up. Balance already used for licences or commission cannot. ## Sales and fans

### A fan was refunded. Do I get the commission back?

Yes, if the refund or reversal is confirmed within 7 days of the sale: the share comes back to your balance and your monthly counter goes down. After 7 days, the share stays. See [Refunds and chargebacks](https://lanachat.ai/guides/refunds-and-chargebacks/).

### Stars or payment links: does it change what I pay?

The rates are the same. Each Telegram Star counts $0.013 of net sales; a payment link counts the amount it actually settled. The money from fans goes to the creator or your agency, never to LanaChat. ### Where do I find my statements?

In **Billing**, **Invoices**: one monthly statement with licences, commission and total. Every movement of your balance is in **Activity**, with **Export CSV**. See [Activity, statements and billing details](https://lanachat.ai/guides/activity-statements-and-details/).
