# Agency settings

**Agency settings** (in Users, between Billing and Team Management) holds the settings of the whole agency. It has four tabs.

> Note: Only the agency owner can open this page. Team members don't see it in the sidebar.

## General

Your agency name, its logo, its timezone (used for daily totals, payouts and reports) and the default display currency for new team members. Change what you need, then press **Save changes**. **Discard** puts the saved values back.

## Dashboard

How the Dashboard looks for the workspace: **Lines** or **Bars**, the chart colours (**Edit** opens the colour editor), and **Layout mode**. These apply immediately, no Save needed. With Layout mode on, open the Dashboard to move and resize the cards, then press **Done**. **Reset** puts everything back.

## Payments

Your payment links: a label, the address, an optional creator and a switch to turn a link off. Press **Add link**, or **⋯** on a row to edit or remove it, then **Save changes**. Fans pay your agency directly, in Telegram Stars or through these links: LanaChat never holds this money and only takes its share from your prepaid balance (see [Billing](https://lanachat.ai/guides/billing/)).

## Integrations

Connect **Fangate** and **Dropp Fans** with an API key from their own settings. Paste the key and press **Save key**. After that, only its last 4 characters are shown: to change it press **Replace**, to stop it press **Disconnect**. **Test connection** checks that the key still works. The **Telegram** card shows the LanaChat support bot.

> Warning: An API key works like a password. Never send it in a chat or an email.

> Tip: If you leave a tab with unsaved changes, LanaChat asks you to save or discard them first.

## Telegram balance

Agency settings → **Telegram balance** shows the Stars held by Telegram on each bot or account linked to LanaChat: **Total available**, **Pending** (Telegram holds Stars for 21 days) and **Withdrawn this month**, with the dollar equivalent, then the balance of each bot or account and the **Withdrawal history**.

- Withdrawals are paid by Telegram, in TON, to the bot owner's wallet: LanaChat never holds your Stars.
- **Notifications**: get a Telegram (from @lanachat_support_bot) or e-mail alert when a bot reaches your threshold (5,000 ★ by default). Press Save.

## Agency logo

Upload a PNG, JPG or WebP (up to 5 MB, at least 128 × 128 px), crop it in the square window, then press Save.
